Police Station 112

If you are the victim of fraud, assault, robbery, or you are in a traffic accident, you may report it to the police at a local police station, or call 112. If you use a public phone, press the red emergency call button and dial 112. You may also use your landline or mobile phone by dialing the same.

Fire Station 119

In case of a fire, evacuation or disaster, or when it is necessary to take an emergency patient to a hospital, or when you witness such incident, please call 119.

Postal Services

One may utilize the services of their local post office to send letters or packages. The Post office offers services in domestic and international deliveries, and has a banking unit. For urgent mail or parcels, the Express Mail Service (EMS) is recommended, as it is the fastest method.

• Domestic Postal Service
  • Express and normal services are available. Express mail guarantees sameday or next-day delivery : whereas ordinary posts could take up to 4 days. Postage is dependent on the weight of the item.
• International Postal Service
  • There are three types of international postal service: ordinary, parcel, and international express. Packages of up to 30kg can be mailed. The postage is priced differently on the type, size, and weight of the item to be delivered.
